Excellent taste and quality
These are the best ever had,really. They are huge and very tasty. They arrived in the dry ice and still frozen. Just let them defrost and enjoy. WILL BUY AGAIN!

Disappointment from the bakery that makes the delicious kringles
Let me say, I love eclairs, but was very disappointed in these. the pastry was tough and heavy, and I was surprised since I love their kringles, and often send them as gifts. Glad I tried these first, before sending to anyone else.

Good, but not great
Being half Italian, with a smattering of several other European countries, and having had Eclairs from at least a dozen different places (including Italy) over the years, I feel that I'm well qualified to know what makes a good Eclair.Around my town, finding a good Eclair won't happen. :-( And, finding a place online isn't as easy as is with most other foodsI delayed posting a review because I tried three different thawing methods. And, found that about 20 hrs in a sealed container in the fridge works best.However, this seems to have caused the sugar in the topping to rise, as compared to the other 2 thawing methods, it tasted too sweet. Also, there was a slight aftertaste that I didn't care for (perhaps too many unnecessary ingredients?). Though, it doesn't last long, between this, and the sugary taste...Now, they taste good, and have filling in almost every bite (which is better than I can say for many other places, including my favorite place in Phoenix, AZ). But, as you can see by the one photo, they are quite small. So, this makes them very expensive. But, to help satisfy a craving, or once every year, or two, then it may be worth it.Though, after having 3 in 2 weeks, I don't think I'll be able to finish them (may even throw I rest out).

Flavorless and artificial, except for the sugar
Nothing sinful about them except that they are completely artificial, and therefore practically flavorless except for the extreme sugary sweetness. See the photo with the nutrition information. What a waste of money. It’s sad that quite a few people don’t know what a good eclair tastes like.

Incredible!
The best chocolate eclair I've ever had. You have to let it defrost for a day and a half. It's frozen with dry ice. They are very generous with the chocolate on top and very generous with the cream inside.

Soooooo yummy!
These are soooooo yummy. Lots of creme inside of them to say the least! If I could offer any suggestions - add a little more chocolate on top.As far as shipping & delivery the package arrived in a square styrofoam container that had dry ice packed in it. Everything arrived undamaged and awaiting to be indulged. Well worth the price with how huge they were.

Flaky crust. Nice custard, great dark chocolate icing
I like all of above. Didn’t like when I froze them I couldn’t wait for them to defrost. Ate a couple halffrozen. NessßrksI used them to eat.
