Drink It Fast
The first thing I did as soon as I opened the box was check the expiration date. I ordered the Strawberry 12 pack on July 10, 2025, and they all expire on October 16, 2025. I'm glad everything was fresh and well packaged, but the taste isn't very good. This was my first time ever trying Muscle Milk, and I've learned to chug these fast to minimize the sugar-free aftertaste. It's not a bad product...but I wouldn't buy the strawberry again.

Great for recovery
I’ve been using Muscle Milk for a few weeks now, and it’s working great for recovery after workouts. The flavor is good and not chalky like some protein shakes. My only complaint is that it’s a bit on the sweeter side, which might not be for everyone. That said, it does the job and is a convenient way to get extra protein in my day. Definitely worth trying!
