Outstanding!!
You'll never look back! This is the greatest dish rack I've ever had and believe me I've had many in my 64 years, HOWEVER I did my own little modifications that were very much needed, to me. First of all.. When I took my plate from the top rack, rack and all came. Zip ties here we come. Used black of course. Perfect. Then.. The silverware holder, hummm, I had to cut the hanging end some to attach it to side, good choice, now I have all of dish rack for items. The rubber covers for glass holders kept coming off so here comes super glue. Stays in place now. NOW, it's the ideal dish rack. I'm a very clean person so one day I was scrubbing it, turned it over and removed the drain spout. OMG the gumk was, yes really bad. Cleaned that so now I know to clean once a week. Trust me when I say, you'll love this dish rack. It holds so many dishes, pots, pans etc.

Nice drying rack, great company support
This drying rack looks nice and fits perfectly in the space I wanted. The coated black wire feels sturdy, but still "soft/smooth" enough for delicate dishes and glasses. I like that I can use the top and bottom sections separately for drying larger items, but then stack them when not in use. I had a question and reached out to the company, and they responded quickly and were able to help me out. 5 stars for the product and 10 starts for the company.

It says large but far from large
Its really nice. Easy to figure out how it goes. But the info on it is miss leading. Says large. Far from large. Probably the smallest dish rack ive ever seen. Looks nice so decided to just keep it for cups and things. Will go to walmart and grab whatever they got large size to fill in for this one.

Not for normal human use
It is WAY to small for the normal human use. If you are only using small pots, pans and mixing bowls, like 8 inches or smaller, then this is perfect for you. But to use a 10 inch plate, bowl, pan or pot this is way to small. Better off buying the cheap single layer dish strainers from Walmart or the dollar store. Love the concept and the idea of all the water draining into a spout. Wanted this one to help make my counter look neater, but still have to have a drying towel on counter for the top rack to be able to dry my pots and pans. Can't use the cup holder to dry because the cups hang over and will drip onto the counter anyway. Bought this because other reviewers had pictures of their pots and pans in theirs,, wish they would have specified how big their pots and pans were. Waste of money single mom struggling and just wasted about $40 on this.

Great for baby bottles and pump parts!
Works quite well if you’re a new parent looking for something to dry baby bottles and pump parts. I love the swivel drain nozzle. It’s also a good size.I think the drain plate could have more of a slant to the drain hole so water doesn’t collect. That’s a small gripe. The grate at the bottom is too wide between the bars for the smaller bottle and pump parts so if you are using this for those things just get an oven cooling rack to go in there.

Sturdy and easy to use
I bought this to motivate me into wash dishes. It worked. The dishes stay when I place them onto the rack. With all my others I had issue with cups, bowls and knives falling out of my dish drainer. Not this one. It even has a designated place for knives. I like it so far. Honestly never spent $40 on a dish drainer. It's worth it though.

I wouldn't buy again
So yes a drain pan comes with this and yes for one person there's enough room. However the drain pan isn't angled enough to drain the water. And there's no pain under the utensil holder. Water just drains on the counter, so I have to have a towel under that. And the cup holder pegs on the back of this, again no drain pan. I have to place a towel down on the counter before I can us this item or I'd have water all over the counter. I'll never buy this again!
