After using Pantothen for one month (i.e., one entire bottle), nothing changed. I'm still a 38-year-old woman with cystic acne. --Side note: Haven't I suffered enough? Is 25 years not long enough to be dealing with this? End side note -- In addition to the absolutely no visible improvement in my skin, I was also cursed with some unpleasant GI episodes, which I think are related to all that pantothenic acid.
