Five stars for great appearance and excellent reception! No problems with any radio stations as a result of switch from long OEM antenna. Originally gave four stars only because it was unexpectedly difficult to install on my 2008 H3 due to too-wide antenna base preventing complete screw-in. Not sure if different model years have different attachment clearances. Seller kindly provided second antenna after first came loose and was lost due to inadequate screw-in. I trimmed the replacement antenna radially at its base very carefully. It works great and stays on. I would recommend using *entire length* of screw and skipping use of the included spacers. Update: after a long winter of frequent car washes to remove salt, this antenna has held up excellently and I would recommend it.

Skeptic about this antenna after reading reviews about base not fitting through plastics base cover. Turned out to be no biggie! Pop off plastic base cover and waller out hole with a drill bit or whatever method you want to use. Easy but really shouldn’t be necessary for the price of this antenna that’s suppose to be plug n play. Mine turned out great but also has chrome cover and really adds to the look of the Hummer H3. Now for Performance of Antenna! Works Great and didn’t lose any channels. Didn’t have any static with stock antenna and didn’t have any with this antenna. Location outskirts of Oklahoma City. All and all would highly recommend this for your H3!

I hade to clean out the antenna base on my vehicle then put lithium grease in the base and in the antenna screw to get it to screw down. Agree with others, on a Hummer H3, that the bottom of the antenna is larger than the plastic cap over the antenna base (on the vehicle). I didn’t shave it down like some mention as I believe it will keep some/most/all water from getting into the base threads and corroding it (had a little corrosion after 16 years…). Looks great and would recommend.

Took awhile to get the old antenna off, just unscrew it with enough force for what feels like forever. I turned on the radio and had some intermittent static. I need to drive around to see if it’s due to the antenna not being strong enough. If it isn’t it’s no problem since I don’t listen to the radio anyway (have Apple Music). I only purchased this just for the look. Hated the OEM antenna

I've had the Hummer for 14 years, and the antenna was too long and moved around a lot. I like this one much better because it's much smaller, and it works just as well, if not better, than the previous one.

These sellers take their job serious. I had a slight installation issue and rather than email they called and we discussed the issue. Turned out the previous Chinese made antenna messed up the threads but once this was installed it worked perfect!

Looks great, works great and gives a stylish look.

It seemed well made and would have been fantastic if it fit my vehicle, as it was stated in the filament. Sadly it did not 😒👎. So for those of you that own a H3 Hummer 2008, this antenna does NOT fit!! I ruined my oem trying to remove it to install this one, and found that the diameter of this replacement was much bigger than my oem attachment mount! Now I'm having to search for a replacement that will work! I even tried to contact the manufacturer but, I haven't heard from them and it's been quite a long time since I messaged them. So no, I don't recommend this to anyone who is looking for a replacement antenna for an H3 2008 Humvee, I'm sad to say 👎😒
