I first tried a version of Turkish delight after a coworker brought some to the office after returning from a trip to Europe. I ordered these and they are just like the ones I tried. Rose water is the traditional flavor. Some in my family like it, some do not. My wife and I really enjoyed it. I plan to order the variety of flavors next. The packaging was a little unexpected. The box comes sealed in plastic wrap, but the candies and the powdered sugar coating is not sealed within the box. Be careful when you first open them or you will have powdered sugar everywhere. We ended up storing the candies in a plastic zipper bag to keep them fresh and contain the powder.

We loved this flavor! This brings back Museu of the Bible memories in DC when he purchased some Turkish delights in small packagings.

I really wish I had thought to take a picture, the box was beautiful and the candies were also beautifully represented with these Turkish Delights! I have been wanting to try them for years now and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered the Rose flavored delights and I will say that this taste may not be for everyone. I actually couldn’t believe the first bite, that it actually tasted like roses! I believe these should be enjoyed with a nice herbal tea. These delights have a very smooth and chewy texture, with a delicate powder covering them. I think the price was great for the fine value and craftsmanship in these delights. I look forward to testing out their other flavors, I would recommend this product for folks with a more discerning palette!

The flavor is actually quite strong and lingers, you better like the taste of a rose. Some said that the taste was mild, I did not find this to be true. If the flavor is mild perhaps someone gulped it down too fast. This is probably not the kind of food one chugs because they are small but that is okay. I think this would make a nice little gift for someone. So that being said the box is the size of a deck of cards, like my very small hand. The box says 7 ounces. THESE ARE EXTREMELY SWEET. If they were larger it would be too much sugar to handle. If you eat two with some black tea or black coffee there you go. I would say there are 9 or 10 servings. They are sort of dense and chewy. I've had these freshly made and it's a little softer. In the end the flavor is great if you simply are craving that rose flavor !!!!! TRY IT.

Not sure why these are so highly rated as they are extremely firm, have way too much powdered sugar and the flavor is lacking! Highly don't recommend buying these online. Make them yourself! They are much yummier than way.
