Seems to be intermittent in that as soon as it rains it stops working. Probably have a leak I need to investigate which makes the unit or wiring a bit damp. Otherwise a great unit for the price and works well when the weather is good 🤣

I bought this after my wife revealed that she had a passion for reversing into parked BMW's, at great expense to my NCB. The colour matches my 2013 Honda Jazz almost perfectly and once fitted they look like they were fitted at the factory. They take a little technical know how to fit as the power supply comes from the reverse light of the car so you usually end up having to do a bit of light wire stripping. Other than that the most nerve racking part is drilling holes into your bumper to fit the sensors. Once all of that is sorted though it all plugs in very easily and works straight away without any set up. I tested the accuracy and it is very close to what it claims so I happy with that. The audible beep and visual indication have long wires so that they can be run up to the dash board where they can be seen and heard but I left them in the boot as the beeper is more than loud enough to hear and I didn't feel like tuck the wires away behind all of the trim. All in all an excellent product which hopefully for a small out lay and a couple of hours fitting time will save me some headaches in the future.

I was a bit dubious about this but decided that as the price was great I’d give them a go. Installation required a bit of thought as the cables for there sensors are not as long as I’d have liked. I decided to break into the reversing light loom to get the power to the main box. Fitting the sensors was relatively easy and the supplied 22mm hole cutter was actually surprisingly good. I didn’t need to file the holes larger and the sensors fitted very well. There is a legend on the rear of the sensors that says “up” so they are installed the right way up.The cable for the display is very long so I installed the control box and sensors in the boot and then ran the long display cable to the dashboard.Took me half a day in all but that’s more because I’m cracking on in age and as an engineer, I wanted a god and reliable install.It’s not mentioned in the kit but the dashboard display has a tiny speaker in it to emit the beeps. It is also surprisingly effective !!Overall this is an great little unit in my view at the price point and I’m now very happy with the end result

Good value for money

I liked this product at first - good value and effective. Not that easy to install (had to get some help with this), but worked well.Then, the display started failing - one LCD bar at a time. Now, three have failed (so far) and you cannot accurately see the distance you are from the car behind.And, it is not just possible to replace the display, as it is wired into a central unit - which means you have to take half your dashboard apart to trace the wire down to the unit.Very poor quality and leaves you in a situation where you cannot use it, but cannot easily replace it either.

To crack walnuts..

Sensors work well, although the retainers on the actual sensor are not great, they don't fit easily and resulted in opening the holes up a touch. The provided hole saw may be OK on a plastic bumper but wouldn't drill one hole in my steel bumper so you'll need a decent step drill or hole saw if your bumper is steel.

Junction box not water proof. Wires not even close to length need. I have a 1500 chev long box

Un desastre. Solo un recuadro de instrucciones y en inglés. No es inhalambrico. Ha de ir enchufado al mechero. Un timo. Lo he devuelto. Además los conectores del mechero y la pantalla no coinciden
