If you know what you’re doing, this is amazing.
If you’ve ever built/put together some really cheap particle board furniture before, putting this dresser together will probably be the easiest thing you’ve ever assembled. The quality of this dresser for the price is FAR AND AWAY better than most “cheap” furniture out there. Those stupid cam lock pins and nuts to connect particle board? Nope... not one goes on this dresser. Is this an heirloom piece? No. But for the price range its quality is top notch compared to other flat pack stuff I’ve put together. The other reviews you read where people say how hard it is to assemble? No. Stop. Not if you know what you’re doing. Everything aligned perfectly. Real wood and actual screws (and tools included, not just an Allen wrench!) make this thing a breeze to assemble. Took about an hour. Don’t believe the naysayers. Maybe they got a defective piece, but now that I’ve built it I think I know where they’ve gone wrong. The drawers are designed to be three left drawers and three right drawers and there is a difference. The drawer fronts are reversible, so it’s pretty easy to blow it if you’re not not paying attention. Looking at some of the pics of people who’ve complained things don’t line up simply didn’t follow the directions and it’s obvious to me in their pics. Write those reviews off right from the start, even the ones who say their husbands are usually pretty handy. But again, maybe the one they got was defective. Ours wasn’t.Upgraded ours with some other drawer pulls to spice it up a bit, and used the same on the crib to tie them together. The dog in the pic also approves of this stylish and affordable piece, though is likely still undecided on the human who will use it.

Read the bad reviews then this one
This is hard to put together. The directions are fairly simple but for some reason, this was not a quick assembly for me. I saw other reviews where people were complaining about two pieces not fitting together...I had the same issue and they sent me two new pieces (not being sure which one was the wrong piece) and had the SAME issue. It wasn’t until a new set of eyes told me just to flip one of the pieces over. You’d think that’d be common sense but the way the directions are displayed, it isn’t. When I did flip the piece, it fit correctly. Also, one huge thing I noticed that I’m not sure anyone else complained of is that on a page of the directions it says to use 4 FF (I don’t have the directions in front of me so I’m giving example) screws but at the top of the page for parts being used it says 4AA screws. I used the FF and had to go back and unassemble that as all of the FF was used on the top of the dresser. So, the directions gave two different types of screws for one step and it wasn’t until I was missing 4 that I had to back track and find my mistake. I wouldn’t call myself a genius at putting together furniture but I’ve put enough together in my day! This was NOT easy and I wouldn’t recommend it for someone unless you need this specific sized dresser. It does look very nice once assembled (pay attention to the left and right drawers like others have mentioned) as I needed it to fit in a very tight space. My box also came with a damaged back piece and delta was very lazy responding back to my request for replacement parts. After not hearing back for 48 hours after making a formal request, I called the company and the guy seemed as if he just opened my email for the first time and took care of it then for me but if I hadn’t called, how long would my email have sat there? Replacement parts took 5 days from the day they assumably shipped. I have a different brand of furniture in my daughters room and that went together SO much easier. Not a fan of assembly but I’m only knocking it down one star for that.

Beautiful Dresser for the Price
Had my parents help assemble this dresser (since I'm 33 weeks), which came in a million pieces. Instructions weren't difficult to follow, but it did take upwards of 2 hours to put together. The piece is beautiful for the price. Lightweight but seems sturdy enough. For the reviews that dinged the product due to the drawer placement, it seems that was due to not reading the instructions closely enough. There are 3 right side drawers and pieces and 3 left side drawers and pieces. You have to make sure you're assembling the correct side and accompanying pieces and inserting the drawers into the correct side of the dresser for the drawers to sit flush. If you don't, then yes, you'll get the wonky drawers pictured in some of the reviews (but that's user error not a defect in the dresser)

I purchased this for a guest room. It is not fine furniture, but is well put-together and attractive for the price. I like the fact that it is (mostly) wood, too. The drawers operate smoothly, and feel solid. Adding inexpensive decorative knobs dressed it up a little and made it coordinate with nightstands I already had. Assembly was straightforward. I put it together alone in about an hour. Great value.

A pain to assemble but worth it!
This dresser (although a pain to assemble) is exactly what I was looking for for our baby’s nursery. It’s the perfect size, and the construction is sturdy. Although some of the interior pieces are particle board, the majority of this dresser is solid wood, which is more than I can say for any other dressers I looked at in this price range. It truly is well worth the $250 I paid for it.I wanted to leave a review here because I went back and forth over whether or not I should take the risk on this dresser due to all the hit or miss reviews. I think one of the main problems that people were having with regard to the uneven drawers is that they need to be assembled differently depending on which side of the dresser they’re being used for. You have to assemble half of them specifically for the right side and half of them specifically for the left side. Otherwise they WILL look wonky. If you take your time and follow the instructions, you shouldn’t have a problem. Even though it took me seemingly forever to put this thing together, the finished product is beautiful. Just FYI — some of the bolts were very difficult (and borderline infuriating at times) to screw in by hand, and there were some that definitely took a lot of elbow grease to get screwed all the way in. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But aside from that, I didn’t have any major issues. The tools that come with the kit are basic, but they get the job done. I know they say not to use power tools, but as long as you know what you’re doing, it really does save a lot of time to use a drill to install the back cardboard panel as well as to assemble the drawers. One last thing to note is that the shipping for this product was excellent. At first, Amazon said that the dresser wouldn’t ship for 1-2 months, but I got it in less than a week, which was awesome. Everything was packaged carefully, and I didn’t have any issues with missing or damaged pieces. The shade of white matches the Delta crib we bought perfectly. It’s a bright white, not off-white or cream.Sidenote — I swapped out the white wooden knobs it came with for brushed nickel knobs, and I think that added the perfect finishing touch. Super cute!
