This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. This works well for my autistic son who will stay up all night otherwise. We were taking 2 tablet but it gave him nightmares. 1 tablet puts him to sleep and keeps him asleep with no nightmares or grogginess.

These maletonin tablets come in handy when my 4 year old has had an exciting day/evening and needs a slight push to help calm her body down long enough to fall asleep. She is very hyper active and has a hard time relaxing sometimes. Don't worry we ware working on self-calming techniques, but in the mean time, I feel comfortable using this natural way to help my young daughter. I also take maletonin at night on occassion to help me get to that point of being able to fall asleep. The suggested use is one tablet for a child 3 and older. I only give my 4 year old who weighs about 30lbs 1/2 of a tablet and it works just as well as a full tablet. She loves the taste of the grape flavor. The tablets are meant to be chewed but the powdery substance slowly dissolves too. As far as I remember the ingredients are natural and safe. The best part... they are non-habit forming!

I'm an adult and decided to try Melatonin to help my sleep. I read that the optimum dose of Melatonin was 1mg for everyone. For some reason when I was searching for options that were "1mg" the choices that came up were marked for "Kids" but I figured 1mg was 1mg so I ordered these. They work excellently for me by just making it easier to fall asleep. They do not "knock you out", etc. I was just able to feel more relaxed and am able to nod off earlier with no tossing and turning. They are chewable, very small, but are a little tart even for me :)

These work really well and help my kids fall asleep quickly. The dosing does seem a bit high for my kids. I've found that just one tablet or even half a tablet works well without the grogginess or moodiness the next day.

My child did not like the taste of these but I thought they tasted fine. And these worked well I just gave a quarter instead of the whole thing and it was tolerated well.

These I have used for a while now. My daughter since born had a problem sleeping but these have helped. I have slowly got her off them this year from two tablets to one a night and it forsure helps eventually when she can enjoy sleep I’ll take her off them. But these for sure help in my house. Because it also give me a sense of peace that she will get rest her body needs if though she doesn’t think she needs to sleep and will miss out on everything.
