Delicious!
One of these lasts me for a while, because I take the adobo sauce, one chipotle pepper and puree it with things like sour cream, mayo, etc to make a gorgeous and robust sauce. I use it on sandwiches, pasta, as a dip, scrambled eggs, potatoes, you name it. I freeze what I don't use right away and thaw it overnight for the next batch. My husband goes nuts for this and wants it on everything, lol.It's a bit spicy for me, hence the dairy and mayo version (mutes the heat level but not the flavor) but it's smoky, rich and adds great depth to ANYTHING!

They are peppers in a can. What can I say about them? They are as good as any brand I've ever purchased.

Make great chipotle copy cat chicken
I used this to make chipotle copy cat chicken for taco salads. This tasted great when I blended it up with the other ingredients and made a marinade. I would certainly recommend for some yummy chicken.
