A very nice slightly sweet flavour which I use to good effect with diced pork, to make a Sorportel curry.

Had high hopes for this sauce, we love katsu curry but struggle to make it myself. This sauce is not bad, but unfortunately still nothing on the ones I’ve had in restaurants. Very good value for the size and price.
