One of my favorites
Perfect over a YamOne of the three i buy all the timeIts not real chili so 5 stars it is not but combined with a yam its pretty good. I pour it over a bag of steam fresh veggies also. You could put it on one of the other HMR meals if you like too.1 cup of food is all you get, i prefer to bulk it up with a lot of veggies rather than just combining two HMR entrees (two cups of food).

Most chili is too spicy, this one is perfectly not
I have been in the habit of using this chili, along with broccoli or cauliflower, on my baked potato about once a week for around 9 years now. It was my favorite when I lost 50 pounds on this HMR diet, but I still buy the chili because it makes a good meal, little clean up and I am full. A win-win situation for me. I deserves 5 stars because I don't have to cook, don't have to open a can, the chili isn't over-spicy, and my baked potato tastes wonderful. That's worth 5 stars in my book any day.

I lost a lot of weight eating these while I was on the program but have gain most of the weight back. While I'm trying to find my way to eating better, these meals serve a good lunch while try either low carb or low fat path. I'm finding the path is really staying away from sugar!

Tasty mixed with a vegetable
Very tasty, this is my second favorite. I mix it with frozen spinach or another vegetable and it is very satisfying. I've tried 4 different HMR entrees; Turkey with Beans, Chicken Enchilada and Vegetable Stew with Beef, as well as the Lentil Stew.

This is by far my favorite meal so far from this company. I could eat this everyday and not tire of it. I like to add a little more heat with red pepper flakes and a dash of salt. YUMMERS!! I also like to scoop it onto corn chips (just a few) and it makes for a super dip!!

Healthy and tastes good too.
We love this with no salt added tomatoes diced, raw sweet onions and half an avocado diced. In fact we love the HMR entrees. Add 1.5 to 2 cups of veggies and you will feel full and lose weight. Add their shakes and you will be one happy person. Thinner and healthy.

Too spicy for a sensitive stomach
Too spicy alone but can be mixed with other entrees.

Best HMR Entree
The chili is iur most ordered entree. It's delicious. It's got flavor without being over spiced. It can be served with a Tbsp of nonfat sour cream, or poured over a small baked potato. I have so many recipes to use this chili with. Like I said, it's our most ordered entree.
