The keyboard stays put and it’s magnetic. My Apple pencil charges on the side of the case perfectly and doesn’t charge while in the designated spot for the pencil but I can still charge on outside of case and close it perfectly even if not in the spot designed for pencil. Happy I don’t have to take case off to charge pencil like the last case I tried. Bluetooth connects and works perfect. Keyboard is a little small but nothing I can’t get used to. I am used to having a trackpad on the keyboard but i plan to buy a mouse to fix that issue. It feels like decent quality, happy with purchase. Love the color. Only thing I would do is to make sure you have a screen protector on your device so the keyboard never scratches it. So far Battery life is excellent. For reference I have an Apple iPad Air 5. So it's not a lap case, you have to use to use it on a flat surface like a table or a lap desk. It can be annoying. The keyboard was surprisingly awesome and it's the reason I love it so much. So it's worth it to me. It's also even cuter in person. Lastly, the magnet to the case wears out fast so that sucks. It still charges the pen well. The keyboard has a long battery life and charges fast.
