Toddler Puzzles for kids age 2-4 years old-Wooden Learning Number Preschool Puzzles

This You&Xi puzzle arrived in a colourful box with an appropriate design for children showing a fun picture of a cat, mouse and frog. The wooden puzzle board along with the alphabet piece's, arrived sealed together inside a plastic film to hold it together and help protect from damage during transit. It is made from good quality wood with smooth edges. Each of the 26 alphabet letters are professionally painted used non toxic paint in different bright colours. The size of the puzzle (just over 11.5 inches) is just right. I wasn't sure when I ordered the puzzle if the letters would be a bit small but they are a good size and quite chunky. Each letter is 1.5cm in depth by approximately 4cm in height. I like the idea that this puzzle is made from alphabet shaped letters rather than the alphabet letter being printed on a square shaped puzzle piece. Each puzzle piece fits perfectly inside the cut out shape in the wood, making it easier for children to fit the puzzle pieces in the right place. However with the exception of letter C that could be mistakenly placed where G and O should be and G also fits in the cut out for O because of the similarity in shape. This fun puzzle is ideal for helping pre school aged children from around the age of 3 learn the alphabet and different colours. My children aged 2.5 and 4 enjoy playing with this. It is the second wooden toy that I have received from the You&Xi brand and yet again I am pleased with my purchase.

Nice puzzle, but the numbers are not quite the way one would write them.

A great little jigsaw for teaching numbers. No buttons to lift the pieces, but at 3 years old my granddaughter does not need buttons now. Lovely bright primary colours. Wooden jigsaw.

Great puzzle for learning counting and colours. Really helped my toddlers with numbers, problem solving, colours and puzzles. Would recommend as an easy lightweight product that is good value for money.

Great way to teach toddlers and preschool children the alphabet. The puzzle board is sturdy and well made. Definitely recommend to add this to any child’s learning play box. My daughter loves it!

The Quality is great. The lowercase letters under the pieces is a bonus! Very colorful. It's a fav in my classroom. Only thing that would make this better is the letters being magnetic to the board!

My three year old godson loves this puzzle! He plays with it constantly, and it has been a learning tool for him for his alphabet.

This puzzle is thick and sturdy! The unpainted wood is still sanded and sealed. Perfect size for little hands. The lip that holds the letters in is high enough to hold in the peices even when my 2 year old is moving around while carrying it.
