I appreciate that both the pillow cover and pillow case are organic cotton. The filler is not, but can be easily removed and replaced with a healthier filler. Perhaps the sellers can substitute the polyester filler for organic cotton or organic wool in a future version. The zipper is a big plus. The smallest pillow would make an excellent travel pillow for adults. It's quite difficult to find an affordable organic cotton travel pillow with a washable organic cotton cover!

You know the Mother Goose rhyme, "Jack Spratt could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean..."? Re: pillows, that's us. I need to sleep at a 45° angle on three large pillows; the soulmate requires one LITTLE pillow or it's impossible for him to fall asleep! We'd been using "throw" pillows, but it occurred to me a toddler pillow might do the trick. Eureka! The very first night, this tough guy slept "like a baby." The picture shows the pillow, zipper side on the right. The pillowcase is the same color and fabric. Very soft and comfortable. We did not remove any filler. Also, I always wash ANYTHING we buy before we use it, so I did wash the pillow and pillowcase in the machine, cold water, gentle cycle. I put them both out to dry in the sun--the pillow was dry within hours (Los Angeles, summer, 90° F). The picture is post-washing, but I thoroughly inspected the pillow before washing it and it was immaculate, intact, flawless. I'm sure toddlers will find the pillow as much a magic sleep potion as the rough-hewn adult I live with does.

It’s small and flat, toddler was able to figure out how to unzip it. The stuffing was all over the crib and floor. I should’ve taken a picture but I panicked and vacuumed it ASAP.Update: keeping the 3 stars because well safety. But did want to add they have great customer service and reached out to me and provided solutions, such as providing a new pillow without a zipper. I appreciate them reaching out to ensure I was satisfied even past the return window.

My little one is 2 years old and we love this pillow. You can EASILY remove material if you want and put it in a baggie for later, but we found that it was actually good as-is. A bit more lofty than the Biloban pillow that we used as a “first” pillow but more supportive and cozy once your little one is used to using a pillow. The natural material it’s made of is a huge plus!I even washed it in cold water and tumbled dry on very low heat and it’s still great! Fluffier actually and I had to flatten it a bit. Highly recommend!

I am completely satisfied and actually love this tiny (13x18 inch) pillow.I was surprised how compact the pillow was when the package arrived. But the pillow washed and dried in excellent condition. I used a cold gentle wash cycle (no fabric softener), then short dry cycle leaving the pillow to air dry for the day. The unique filling with zipper access allows for adjustment to the filling as needed. I used my hand and the long handle of wooden spoon to maneuver the filling. Filling can be removed also, if less loft is desired.I needed a pillow as support under/between my knees while sleeping due to back/knee pain. The foam ones I found were too big and were too hot to be comfortable. This pillow is the exact support I required and has been in use now for a couple weeks. The pillow has maintained the loft exactly as first washed and the organic cotton covering is comfortable.I added pictures to show the pillow, detailed quality stitching, zipper, content label, which is located inside, and the unique filling.

My 2-1/2 year old grandson hasn't used this pillow yet but I'm very impressed with it out of the box. It's a great size, super soft and I'm using the free pillowcase as a cover UNDER another pillowcase. That will help keep the pillow itself clean. Make sure you put the zipper side of the pillow inside the pillowcase since when you unzip the pillow, the stuffing can be removed, easy for a toddler to do. Otherwise, it's a winner. My grandson is hugging it right now!

Arrived with mold all over it. Sucks because it’s a perfect pillow. Now that I’m looking at reviews, I see that they delete the negative ones. Praying mine doesn’t get deleted.

I'm a senior citizen who does a lot of traveling. Having a small pillow along that I can use between my knees, behind my neck, and similar is a necessity for getting comfortable during long flights and in hotels, RV, etc. The Lofe Toddler Pillow is perfect - well made, nice amount of soft but not too soft filling, washable, and small enough to easily tuck into luggage. You can even remove some filling or add additional as needed.
