Disappointing and defective product.
So disappointing. This item arrived badly dented, especially in the area most visible. The packaging was perfect, so it was shipped this way. And why can’t two screws be included? I understand many products don’t include batteries, but two screws would gave cost a fraction of a penny to have sent. Also, the battery compartment cover is broken so the batteries will just have to be exposed in the back. Hopefully they won’t fall out. An overpriced, poorly made execution of an adorable, appealing idea.
