It feels cheaply made, the plastic is pretty flimsy, but it works so well and is really thought out! I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. I had a shark for 15 years and always kinda hated it because I had to pump it to get steam and it never really got up stains on my floor that well. This steam cleaner provides great hot steam within seconds of plugging it in and gets stains and goo off the floor so easily that I couldn’t even get out with elbow grease and a sponge! It’s easy to fill, has a nice long chord, easy to put the attachments on. I really love it. Other reviews have said it doesn't last long so time will tell, but so far I’m loving it. One complaint I have is that you can extend the handle but if you put any pressure on it, it just pushes back down.
