Most commercial-style faucets for home use don't really work like commercial ones. This one does; turn on the faucet at the temperature you want, and the spray head handle turns the flow on and off. And with full pressure. So spraying anything off dishes or cookware is a breeze, and you don't have to keep turning the faucet on and off all the time. Appearance, build, installation, and function are great; totally worth the price as long as it lasts long. Install was easy as pie with the philips screw tightening underneath rather than trying to spin the big nut to keep things from moving. Only thing was that the washers on the water supply lines are flat, whereas I'm used to the fittings and washers being the cone shaped ones. So far the flat washer in the hose has no problem sealing against the cone seat spigot.

Super easy install, tight fitment with smooth movement for both the sprayer and the pot filler. The water pressure is amazing! And the finish really dresses up the countertop. I love it and would definitely buy again! Highly recommended

Faucet works great and is tremendous value. I built new custom kitchen, and this is one of the most talked about features. ( despite many other custom features) Very unique faucet. I thought the LED had quite working, but found out it doesn't work on spray function, only on full stream. Understandable as the turbine that turns to produce the needed electrical current, is run by nozzle not the spray.Recommend its purchase. Customer service is amazing as well. You couldn’t ask for more.I now have installed a 2nd one in customers new custom kitchen, they too are amazed by quality and functionality of this faucet .Again can’t go wrong with this, great value.Update: Sept. 24, 2023 In-laws have been using apt for several months now, so has had regular use for a change, Seems that it has developed a leak at the spray trigger and has a hard time completely shutting off unless turned to cold . While it says that it has a 2 yr. warranty, I can't seem to find how to start the process.

If you're looking for a high quality, beautiful faucet then this is the one!! I was quite leary about getting an off brand faucet because I wanted something that would be durable as well as look nice. But after reading the reviews and seeing the extremely affordable price I went ahead and ordered. This thing is all metal. Not that super thin stuff that is easily dented and scratched, but good quality thick metal. I LOVE this faucet!!!Here's a little insight to the company and the customer service that you'll receive if you would have a problem. Because let's be realistic, the best quality products will every once in a while have a flaw. The original one that I got actually had a very small leak on the inside. I contacted the company directly and they replied within a couple hours and I received my new PERFECT faucet within 3 - 4 days. With my initial email I sent a few photos showing where it was leaking. The CS Manager told me that he was taking my photos and message to the engineer to look at and by the next day I had another email stating that they were shipping me a new faucet along with a tracking #. They continued to stay in touch until after I received my new faucet and had it installed. This was the easiest and actually most pleasant experience I've ever had in dealing with customer service involving a complaint about a product. This company fully stands behind their products and honestly really seem to care about their customers. I can guarantee that the next faucet I buy, whether it be for one of my bathrooms, laundry room or for a kitchen remodel, I will be buying from these guys. And I will definitely recommend them to all my friends, family and acquaintances.
