Fast acting in your mouth,not very long lasting. Bought it for tattooing rabbits ears for show. Tried it on myself as I want to see if it really works. I have a bad tooth so I gave a little spray... does NOT have a mint flavor. Whole side of my mouth went numb, cannot tell you how deep it went, but it was back to normal within 10min. So, for numbing your mouth before getting the injection to get deeper nerves it works great, but short lived. On skin I didn't notice any change, but my rabbits didn't seem to be bothered by my tattoo pen until later.
