Review: Handy and Strong Wire Rack Comes with DIY Shelf Liners - Handy wire shelf with 3 adjustable height shelves. Easy to put together. I love that it comes with wheels (2 locking 2 free rolling) and adjustable feet as options instead of choosing one only. I put the wheels on and it doesn't seem to need more than "eyeball" leveling. Nice and sturdy. Tip 1: Keep one of the bags, place the instructions, feet or wheels and wrench in the bag. Seal the bag with packing tape. Tape it under the bottom shelf. Tip 2: When using tape (packing, masking, duct, or invisible gift-wrapping type), fold back a sliver onto itself. It'll be easy to remove later. Tip 3: Like the diagram shows, completely open the box by cutting the tape, to use as a mat for putting the shelf together. Tip 4: When done putting it together, use the box for shelf liners! The big bottom sheet is great for the top shelf (more aesthetic and no folds). Cut out the corners for the vertical supports. See photos. Enjoy!

Love that we have the option of switching out the stationary legs for the wheels (included). Was looking for something that would fit underneath my dining table that I could "hide" my excess pantry items that could easily be rolled back and forth. I hate clutter so I'm happy this works for my purpose of storage overflow and organization. I'm able to keep cases of water etc. off my kitchen floor and hidden away. Bought a second one too and love that the shelves are so easily adjustable to meet the different heights of my stored items.

**Q: I'm very frustrated. the plastic shelf holders are not snapping and staying closed what am i doing wrong?**
A: The clips don’t snap together all the way closed until you push the shelf down onto the clips. The gentle force of that shelf push is what closes them. Just make sure you attach the clips with the “top” and arrow facing up and just above the single grooves of your choice…not one of the double grooves…on the pole then slide them down the pole a little until they snap into that single groove. And be sure to slide the shelf on with the lip facing down. It’s too bad the directions don’t explain this about the clips because our brains think the clips should snap completely together when attached to the poles.

**Q: What is the diameter of the posts?**
A: I don't know what diameter the other sizes are, but the 30" three tier shelf is only 3/4" diameter. I went off the previous answer when I bought three of these. Boy was I fooled when I received 3/4" poles. Smh!

**Q: Is it possible to turn the shelves around so that the edges of the shelves have a lip?**
A: The answer is that you should not unless you are not planning to put much weight on them. 
The HOLES in the Shelves for the Brackets (standards) are Trapezoidal in shape. They are designed to work like Wedges with the Plastic Bracket pieces. 
The more weight is added to the shelf, the harder the bracket pieces are shoved together so they GRIP the Shelves ONTO the Poles (shelf stndards) keeping them in place. 
If you turn the shelves UPSIDE down, the Wedge Functionality is defeated. 
They will not be Nearly as sturdy and will be prone to Slipping down the Poles. 
Could you get Lucky and have them Not slip?  Well Yes, if not much eight at all was on each shelf (30 to 50  Pounds). 
But assembled correctly, these should hold 350 pounds per shelf with NO Way to slip. 
Lessons learned from Ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks.
A KEYSTONE in an arch is the perfect example.

**Q: Are these the industrial size poles that are 1" so I can use shelves I already own?**
A: Yes. They are 1” poles. I have 6 of the 14x30” 5 shelves units. I almost bought the wrong clips to add extra shelves because of the irresponsible answers given on here. So glad I measured and found that the poles are 1”!
