What is the country of manufacture? (i support quality uk/ eu/ usa businesses, never communist china. worth this little question.)

I haven’t got a clue where they are made. I never pay attention to where things are made. As long as they do the job intended, are of decent quality and a good price I’m happy.

What is difference between 18.0 and 18.10 because other people are selling cutlery set in 18.10 stainless steel?Which is better?

To be honest I could not tell the difference, they are used every day and they absolutely fine.
