Maybe Overpriced But Works...
Ugh, i don't know... Is this truly worth the premium vs. other similar items at a much lower cost? I'm not sure, but this one works great. Mine was missing the lubricant when i received it, contacted the seller, they were very responsive and sent me another one. The scraper definitely feels well-made, solid, and comfortable in your hand. i've been using it for IT band issues and achilles issues, and it's worked pretty well!

Great Product
This has been a game changer for me! I had some knots in my calf that nothing helped. I tried my foam roller, massage gun, and massage stick. My Sidekick got the knots out after 1-2 uses! I use it now before every run! I highly recommend this product!

Therapeutic Tool
The SIDEKICK Echo muscle scraper is such a great tool! As a massage therepist this allows my hands to rest. My clients report how good they feel after i use it on them and report better mobility. Nothing beats a client's satisfaction. It is heavy duty and feels good in the hands. It also helps that it is stainless steel so cleaning it is super easy. 10/10 would recommend!

The best!!! Does it NEED to be $100-probabyl not but it’s WAY better than cheap copies.
I bought a $14 knock off a few months ago. I thought it was fine, until the coating started coming off and the scraper edge became very sharp. I decided to buy the actual sidekick tool because muscle scraping is a very important part of my recovery and I need to do it weekly. I am very impressed with the sidekick tool. It has weight to it, which makes it easier to use, and I do think it is more effective at scraping. I think the weight makes it easier to get to the trouble spots in the soft tissue, without being really abrasive on my skin. The tool really is quite comfortable, especially with the grip on the side. I also really like the spray that comes with the tool. Previously, I was using a bottle of massage oil. I would have to put the oil on my hand and then rub it on my skin, and then my hands would be very slippery when I grabbed the tool. The spray is very nice, because my hands do not get slippery. While I think this product is overpriced, it is still a price that I can afford, and it is way better than the cheap knock off. I do not think this product will break, so I am OK with paying $100 one time and never having to replace.

Very nice product
This is the best product in its category. I’ve used other products but this by far exceeds all in quality. The only bad thing is price - it is expensive so I’m taking one star off 😊

I am now a believer
I experience bad plantar fasciitis and I've got all the other tools: foam roller, foam balls, lacrosse ball, stretch bands, and a massage gun to help with loosening the calf and hamstrings. I even have a night splint. I was skeptical when a PT friend recommended getting this scraper, but after having used it, I no longer have any doubts. This scraper is EFFECTIVE, so much so that pain relief happened in minutes, and lasted for up to 36 hours. Real easy to use, and the texture on the $135 scraper helps keep your hands from getting too tired. I've heard of people using spoons or a kitchen knife, or something cheaper. I'd say, spend the money to get this. Graston professional tools are > $2000 for the set, so $135 is not bad. Watch plenty of the YouTube to see the different recommendations on how to scrape. I now scrape after most workouts and notice that I'm not nearly as sore or as tight as I used to be. Plantar fasciitis is now only acting up about once a week (timed with a particularly heavy calf workout). Great job Sidekick; got this one right.

Ineffective for my plantar fasciitis
So I specifically bought this product because of the reviews for treating plantar fasciitis. I have used consistently for about 2 months and absolutely no relief from my feet pain. I've tried different degrees of pressure, even to the point of discomfort with absolutely no relief. I'm not sure what else to do, but this product has been very disappointing for such a high cost.

It is really worth that money! Using it every day.

It Works!
It works! I suffer from IT band syndrome and muscle scraping is the only practice that works for me. It's been years of pain. If stretching and other mobility /strength programs have not given you relief try it!
