Fits 12" skillet
Nicely made lid, has a vent and doesn't let condensation collect and run down the side of the skillet.

Yup...I LOVE this lid. Looking for a lid? You have to try this. It's fantastic.
I recently decided to try cooking w/ cast iron pans. I was looking at the 12" Lodge cast iron skillet at a different site online when an Amazon Smiles popup notified me that the skillet was on sale for significantly less through Amazon. I purchased it immediately. I love cooking on the stove w/ it; but, now want a lid to allow me to cook more recipes that require a lid & to reduce splatter from sizzling meats. I was looking at the 12" Lodge tempered glass lid for $23.99 which is safe up to 400 degrees Farenheit.. I scrolled down the page & saw this lid listed for $16.09 in w/ the other lids Amazon had posted for comparisons. I read the product description, the reviews, & even the questions people had asked about the lid. This lid fits 10", 11", & 12" pans & the description states that it is safe up to 220 degrees Celsius. There were questions about whether or not it was safe at high temps. I googled a Celsius to Farenheit conversion & discovered that 220 Celsius is 428 Farenheit. So, this lid fits 3 different pans sizes, is safe to a higher temperature, & almost $8 cheaper. SOLD! I received the lid in a couple of days & am happy to say that it is fantastic. The silicone rim gives a better seal than a regular tempered glass lid w/o silicone does. I pulled out all my skillets & dutch ovens to see if the lid would fit. It will fit pans slightly smaller than 10". It also fit a 12.5" skillet. Wow, this lid is a bargain. I don't have to buy a separate lid for every size pan I own. I used the lid on the skillet in my oven which was set at 350F & the lid worked just as a lid should. I haven't needed to cook anything at 428F; but, am confident that this lid will work great should I need to. If you divided the $16.09 price by 3, for the 3 sizes it's advertised as fitting, it would cost you $5.36 per lid. If you multiply the cost of the Lodge tempered glass lid which costs $23.99 for one lid by 3, it would cost $71.97 for 3 lids. Obviously, smaller lids might cost a bit less; but, I'm fairly sure you can't purchase the lids individually for $5.36. I still have tempered glass which allows me to see what I'm cooking just as the regular tempered glass lid would. So, I've given up nothing in performance, own a lid that fits multiple size pans, saved money, & only need to store 1 lid instead of 3. This is a no brainer. You've got to give this lid a try. I plan on purchasing the smaller J&C lid when I purchase smaller Lodge skillets. FYI, I buy Lodge brand because they are made in the USA & I don't have to worry about questionable metals being used to make the pans.

so well made...i would even consider refering to it as beautiful. story here. grab popcorn...
so being a guy...and being a guy that does not hang out in bed, bath & beyond every other day... my knowledge of cook ware is some what limited. yet...i cook ALOT and am actually an awesome cook. yea...im a foodie & a plumper. lol!I bought a really "neat" modern non stick fry pan from BJ's wholesale. the pan is called "the Rock" made by ifrit. i do not believe that the product has anything to do with the supa-star wrestler Dwayne Johnson.Anywho... oh...the pan is actually awesome by the way. very well made and heavy duty! get one...you'll love it. fairly priced at BJ's... HOWEVER... the pan did not come with a lid. It seems to be the norm for fry pans to be sold with out lids included.you still reading this? wow....nice. lol! I am def surprised you are "hangin in there"...SO.... after cooking with the pan for a week or so i realized that i really wished it had a lid! and there my friend is where the anxiety sets in! now i have to start up a fry pan lid investigation. just what i needed! where to start? naturally... i figured the best starting place would be with the makers of the pan. i checked their website...to no avail so i called them only to find out that they do not have customer service reps readily available. they ask that you "leave them a message" and they will get back to you with in a few days. so that effectively ended that. lets just say i left them an entertaining voice mail message.so now what? i asked a woman i know where she would go to secure a lid and she said something about QVC and i quickly shut her idea down. QVC may be cool for some things for some people.... but not for me.naturally I realized...what am i making such a big deal about this? i jumped onto Amazon and simply typed in "fry pan lid"and there it was...AMAZONS CHOICE...my savior. i might have read 2 reviews...maybe 3 but no more then that. SOLD! at my house in ONE DAY....INSANE! Amazon...you saved me again! thank you SO much. The lid is SO SO nice. beautifully put together. love it! so satisfied. so easy to clean too!I hate to admit this...but i LOVE how EASY Amazon makes a purchase like this for me. silicone...is SO much better then a lid with a metal edge. get it folks...you will love it!and now i will go make a flour tortilla PAN pizza. Chow!

Keeps the edges of large skillets from being scratched.
I like this lid because it keeps nice pans from getting the edges scratched.

Only Need ONE Lid Now!
The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this because I wanted a lid for a giant 13" skillet for which I had no lid.And it worked GREAT for that. I could make my large batches of Spanish Rice to freeze, and keep it covered while it simmered to perfection.But... then my wife discovered the lid, and she started using it every day for every skillet of any size... 10", 11", 12", 12.5", 13"... even a time or two for a smaller 8" or 9" pan! Argh... I lost my dedicated lid for my giant skillet cooking.Ah, well... No worries. I only make my big pan of Spanish Rice every few weeks, since I freeze small sets of it and don't need more immediately. So, I guess I can put up with the fact that we now need ONLY ONE LID, for all our stove top braising, frying, stewing, etc...And what a lid it is. Substantial feel... nicely heavy (but not too heavy).... SUPER easy to clean, stores upright or flat. Just a really nice find.

Perfect!
Exactly as described. I wished I could just order similar sizes or just one item instead of 2 items of different sizes in 1 pack. Didn’t need the bigger one.

Good value
I had two 10" pans ,but only 1 lid. I also needed 12 lid. So, this was the best value, since 2 lids were double the price of this one lid.

Two lids, one knob
I love that two lids cover pans from 7” up to 12.5”, only problem is there is only one knob for both lids. I guess I thought you would have one for each. Otherwise, they are nice. The silicone edge keeps the heat and juices in, unlike my metal adjustable lids. Would have given 5 stars for easy to use if I’d gotten another knob.

Great lid for our frying pan.
We purchased a new and larger frying pan without a lid and then had difficulty finding a lid that would fit the 12.5" diameter pan. We tried several but they didn't have a lip that actually made it stay put. This product has a silicone edge that seals and fits well. Easy to watch the food cooking with the glass lid.Would definitely purchase again.

Just what I needed.

Won’t last
The lid was great... for 5 months of occasional use before it shattered all over my food. The glass shattered when I put the lid on the pot with the heat off before I even started cooking!
