I bought my first one while trying to find replacement racks for my Rosewill halogen/convection over (the ones that came with it are cheap garbage). This rack is great. I guess from other reviews I am lucky and got a good one. When the other one arrives and I use it awhile I will post an update to this review. Oh yeah, the basting brush is a nice touch. It works well for wings and other small goodies. It would take a considerable amount of time to baste a turkey or large roast like the standing rib roast I'm doing tomorrow. It's free how can I complain.OK, I said I would update my review after I got my second rack. Here it is.I HAVE A HUGE COMPLAINT!!!!!In the ad, it shows the basting brush but both of mine are yellow. Now that's false advertising.That my friends is my only complaint. These racks do my double stack cooking great Tonight I fixed a chicken on the top rack and the bottom rack was full of veggies. The meal came out great. I didn't have to worry about anything when I fired my convection oven.I can;t tell you this is the greatest thing since sliced bread (ask Grandma or Grandpa they should understand That), but for my need they are great. As for the doming, I find that my steaks are juicier than before. The doming allows juices to flow to the edges and gives a complete piece of meat, especially on a single layer.I am done, thank you for reading and thank you for making these racks (get some BLUE basting brushes).Merry Christmas and God bless you all

This was exactly the size and type cooking grate I needed for my small charcoal grill. It's pretty heavy stainless steel and should have been perfect. Unfortunately it arrived dome-shaped instead of flat, and after one short trial on the grill it warped badly. I'm asking Amazon to replace—hopefully I just got a lemon. Will update later.Update: I received the replacement and it isn't flat either. Returned it and kept the first one, which is at least usable, though far from ideal. Still haven't heard back from the seller after multiple requests (so much for their promised immediate response to emails).

Using it in the bottom of my canning pot. Seems to work well and perfect fit for my pot. It is not perfectly flat and has a slight dome to it. I thought this would be a problem but I did a batch of half pints and all the jars stayed in place and did not slide due to the slope of the dome. The tighter mesh surface prevents the jars from tipping. I wish it had four feet on it, but so far it has not tipped from the weight of the jars, if that becomes a problem for larger jars, I intend to make extra feet for it with some screws nuts and washers in between each of the existing feet. I ordered the 13" and it measures true to stated size.

It is a rack designed for cooling cooked items, but I use it as a grate in a wok. I use it for smoking, steaming, etc. Smoking w wood chips/chunks in the bottom. Steaming with water in the bottom. It fits perfectly in an 18 inch wok, so can smoke large items. Virtually indestructible construction, excellent quality stainless steel.It will last forever!

I ordered this to do burnt ends on my Kamado Joe. I was able to fit almost 3.5 pounds of pork belly cubes on this. It held up perfectly through the whole process.Only note is that it is not flat. When it stands up on it's feet it bows upwards. This wasn't an issue for me since I flipped it over and staged the pork on an almost bowl like grating. This will have to be my dedicated grilling rack since it will likely be hard to use to cool things on the counter. Things might just roll off!

Sturdy and well made. We do a lot of canning and these fit perfectly in the bottom of our pans, They sit high enough off the bottom to allow great circulaton during the sterilization and water bath phase of canning. I will not hesitate to recommend this product to friends, family and anyone who asks.

Finally a product that gives you what you pay for, quality. I bought this to replace the cooking grate in a recently purchased halogen counter top grill. It's fits in the 12.5 liter glass bowl perfectly. Much better than the cheap chrome plated wire grates that come with these cookers. If you have one of these grills you will definitely love this product.

So many of these are just chrome plated. What I received was stainless. Not sure what grade SS but the magnet did not stick. I'm using it as a false bottom for my BIAB home brewing beer kettle.

Bought these for the bottom of my big roaster. Fits perfect. It high enough to keep your food up out of the grease. And leaves enough juice in the bottom for gravy. And for cleaning I just soaked it in the sink for an hour and used a cloth and it came clean. The little blue brush is really small though lol

Perfect for our canning. Sturdy too.
