Q: Should i cut it if too long. ?

You can cut it. You need to cut at the toe end and try to keep it the same shape as your shoe. I trimmed about 1.5cm off mine.

Q: Are these good for sports?

I don’t do a lot of sports but I walk miles & also active @ work lots of steps & up & down steps on my feet all day & they are fine So hope that helps with your decision
