IT REALLY WORKS AND WORKS GOOD !

I use the one without the suction cup. For me, it's a great mix of firm enough for good pressure and soft enough to handle. I put it on the ground an lay on top of it to apply pressure to my back. I wish it were a little bigger, but it's a great size to pack for travel. It also works well for applying pressure to my quads.

Now it works for me to help till I can get a massage. I have bad back muscles. I have not used against a wall. I like on the floor laying on it or sitting in the car leaning against it. Just remember if your muscles are bad like mine. Not a cure all. Just remember to relax and breathe through any pain when you hit the spot. I am lucky I have a high pain tolerance. It won't tickle when you find the right muscle.

The best way to use this is to stick it on the wall, remove your shirt and put some lotion on the knob. I get awful knots in between my shoulderblades and only a massage can remove them. I have a back wheel, a spike mat, all that stuff and this is the one thing that really puts nice pressure on those knots. The suction isn't the best on my walls but it works, as long as i use lotion to make it glide it's not an issue.

It feels great but doesn't stick to anything which was the major selling point. My walls are smooth.

The suction is remarkably strong and I found it to be very useful for working out knots that cause tension headaches as well as easing muscle soreness from working out. It does have a suspiciously similar look to some "personal items" and makes a great conversation starter after family side eyes it when they visit. Overall a great product.

Cheap an convenient to massage hard-to-reach areas. I don't think the suction system works that well on painted walls (stucco, concrete), so try to use it on surfaces like: tile, varnished wood and metal.

Después de mucho pensarlo me decidí y ahora que lo he probado de verdad debo confesar que superó mis expectativas. Son de muy buen tamaño, sólidos pero a la vez suaves, se amoldan muy bien a las manos y de verdad ayudan al masaje profundo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tanto para profesionales como para amateurs.
