**Q: I am trying to pair this bluetooth mouse with my ipad. i get to the end and it asks for a pin. where is the pin?**
A: 0000...Thank you to the previous answers! My mouse disconnected after a year and I didn't know the pin.

**Q: Having issues connecting to my new iPad 10.2 latest gen.  Any recommendations????**
A: I had trouble at first as well. You need to go into Settings, then Accessibility, then Touch, Then Assistive Touch, Turn on Assistive Touch. Scroll down then select Pointer Devices. Turn mouse on, click connect on bottom of mouse and when it starts to flash blue you should see Bluetooth Mouse 4.0 appear and you just select it on the screen of your iPad and it should pair. Once I followed these steps it works perfectly on my iPad Air 3 (2019) running iOS 13.3. You do need to make sure you have upgraded iOS to at least 13.2 version for this mouse to work. Hope this helps you.

**Q: What are the ends of the usb cable?  i see usb-c in the picture connecting to the mouse.  is the other end a usb-a or a usb-c?**
A: March 2022, I ordered and received mine. The port on the moues is a micro USB port.  The mouse comes with a USB-A to micro USB charging cable.  However, you must provide the recharge power, be it a plug, or computer.

**Q: Will it work on an older ipad, 12ios, or 7th generation??**
A: I got the iPad that came out in 2018, I think 7th generation... I tired the mouse with the 12ios and 13ios updates and it did not :(
