Do Not Purchase! Seek Other Brands
Very loud. This was a purchase for the office, first time use we noticed it was loud even with just a few pages. It wasn't used often so we found it odd that the sound of it was terrible and loud. After three months, it completely stopped working. Our last use was 15-20 pages, pressed the punch button, loud screeching sound and burning smell. Look for better brand..do not purchase!

Took 6 weeks to receive it.I will keep it but it is very noisy, not a smooth punch.I do not recommend

Not efficient!
You need to unplug and re-plug in this item every single time you want to punch holes. It does not allow me to use continuously (even though it's plugged in). I have to unplug the device, plug it back in, add the papers to be hole-punched then repeat each time. For a "commercial" grade hole puncher, this seems ridiculous.

Broke within a week
This product broke within a week. I ordered a replacement and it too broke within a week. I have returned both and I have not received my refund yet. I did order a different brand but I have not had it very long. I will leave a review on it within the month.
