This is sturdy, airtight, unabashedly functional, and perfect for storing my husband's favorite TJ's Shortbread Sandwich Cookies. I wanted something unobtrusive on the counter - most cookie tins are round and far too "decorative" - and this fit the bill.You do need to use two hands to open it...which has the added benefit of making grabbing a couple of cookies a mindful act rather than a pure impulse action. Also, you could use this container for almost anything that could benefit from a leakproof, reliable, and compact storage solution.

I really like the SIGG - Gemstone Lunch Box. This stainless steel box has a nice seal on it making it leak proof. I can fit a sandwich in it and then slide the divider into place for a large serving of chips. The divider tightly stays in place. The stainless steel is a thick gauge. It has two very good fasteners that are stainless as well. I highly recommend getting one of these. Especially if you take a lunch to work or if you pack a kids lunch for school. Solid construction. Absolutely love this product!

These are greats stainless steel boxes with silicone, gaskets and sturdy clips which appear to also be made of stainless steel. I’ve used them for taking lunch into work but I’ve also used them for storing nuts, crackers, tea or anything that I wouldn’t want mice to get into while car camping and they worked great for that.

High cost for what it is, but has been extremely durable and problem free. I am on my second one because I lost the first, so they are good enough to me to re-purchase. No leaks.

High quality. Materials and workmanship are good. Feels like it will hold up for a long time. Chose the stainless steel over Sigg’s aluminum boxes because the stainless steel does not have a plastic liner. There is a gasket in the lid that is very firmly installed. I have not tested it with liquids yet. I expect it will do fine. The divider works well for when I put a sandwich with a paper wrap in one side and chips in the other.

Cheaply made. The seller made the brand sounds fancy and high end, but the product has no European quality control. purely deceiving.

Great food container from Swiss brand SIGG. Quality product, made from durable stainless steel. Would buy again.

the previous sigg boxes I’ve purchased had a intentional indent in the base that made clearance for the latches on the box below when stacked. these do not have that provision, so even though the base of one box nests into the lid of another box, the latches cause an interference so that the boxes can not be cleanly stacked if latched. minor annoyance.
