These things are great. They truly help digest your food and prevent you from getting bloated. A friend of mine recommended these to me and at first I was skeptical. After trying them for myself however I became a believer. If you have problems digesting food or feel bloated everytime after eating I would recommend these. I would say to use them when you plan to eat heavy meals. I'm not sure if there are any side effects but I doubt given that they're just enzymes which our bodies produce naturally. These seem to give a boost to our system.

I have been taking GoL probiotics and enzymes for a couple of years now. I always knew of their benefits and preach about them to friends and family. As I am moving into a holistic healing career I tell potential clients about them as well. My best testimony would have to be this past week. This isn't a gimmick so I won't try to over sell it here, but they really do help boost the immune system, by creating a healthy gut flora. I was unscathed from the stomach bug that wreaked havoc on my wife an daughter this past couple of weeks. I am not saying these alone were the cure, but the did help my wife (ordered her the female ones) overcome her illness with out taking any antibiotics or medical prescriptions.

I'd started having issues with almost everything i ate, including dairy, spicy foods, etc. now i take 2 of these before every meal and my digestion has increased dramatically! It improves regularity and the quality of your movements (thought i would avoid being graphic). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their colon health with no side effects. Was recommended by my dietician to help me reduce my stomach upset from all of the veggies i was eating - but has also been extremely helpful on cheat days - when i eat stuff (e.g. in n out burgers) that i know my stomach will make me pay for later - this allows me to do it without having those concerns any more!!

Looking to find digestion help. I tool the entire container and didnt notice a lot of difference. I think I am going to need to take a second round to get full benefits. I would like them to build up in the system more. Great product though.
