This is not a replacement from the manufacturer - it is missing the clip that holds the wires to the door frame and it seems that the bolts may be slightly shorter than the original, however, this fit perfectly as a replacement for the original mirror. You may be able to find another part more cheaply but this shipped faster than any of the other mirrors that were available. I would order again. (For reference, I have a 2016 Honda Odyssey LX.)
