Started taking these as a recommendation from my Dr since I have regular UTI's (3-4 times a year) Has a little bit of taste, but nothing that is awful or that sticks around. The size isn't a horse pill, but also isn't a baby asprin. I haven't had any stomach issues while taking. I did up the dose from 1 pill to 2. So far i feel great and haven't had any issues, but will come back if that changes.
