It broke on the first day I got it

This hamper is awesome! I gave it to my 9 yr old daughter for her birthday to curb the dirty laundry collecting on her bedroom floor. It works like a charm-she lives the opportunity to take a shot at the hoop with her dirty clothes! Not only is it sturdy. super easy to assemble and solves the messy room problem, it looks great and is perfect for any basketball fan!

This kind of goes without saying. . . but. . . .just to review. . . . If you have this item on the back of a door, it’s probably going to go crashing into the wall behind the door. . .causing either a dent or a hole. That’s my main “issue” with this item. One of my bedrooms has a short “hallway” form the door into the bedroom itself, and this item will not work on the back of the door, but it will on the front. So sometimes you might have to be creative. I think it’s a bit expensive for Made in China, but it’s a fun item. The goal is bolted to the back securely, so it should not bend when clothes are placed into it.

This is a very heavy duty over the door hamper. The rim and rack to hold it on the door are made of metal. The net is long and a bit thinner than I would've liked, but it works. The backboard is also a sturdy wood and the graphics on it are great. Overall, it's a pretty good quality over the door hamper.

Let’s hope this gets the dirty laundry into the basket instead of on the floor! So far, so good - it’s made a game out of the whole procedure, and it’s working. Things do get hung up in the netting, and then tend to “pile on” from there, so it requires a pass by occasionally to keep the flow going. Very pleased with the progress - and this grandchild is pleased with fewer orders from grandma to pick up his dirty clothes!

After getting a selection of cheap looking and cheaply made over the door basket hoops, I wasn't expecting much. I certainly wasn't expecting anything near what arrived. This is as close as you can get to the real thing. The hoop is all metal. The net/bag is solid and feels like the real thing, except in length. Closes at the bottom with a secure drawstring which makes for easy unloading. Comes mostly assembled, just have to slip the basket hoop into the slot, then you're ready to go. This is the kind of quality product that will last a long time and the sort that I thought got left behind in the 20th century. Large in size, great in purpose, helps my daughter keep her room clean. Win, win, win!
