Great quality pellets. I used them to smoke a wagyu brisket and it turned out absolutely amazing. They are a little pricey but great. The pellet size is smaller than some others I have used which my Weber Searwood smoker seems to like.

These pellets have twice the smoke than the normal pellets that can be bought at your typical Wal-Mart. I will be using these in the future. Had a problem with the order with only 1 bag of a two bag order showing up initially. Contacted the seller and the second bag showed up within two days! Excellent

I like the flavor profile these provided. I used them in a RecTec with additional smoker tube filled with the same pellets for extra smokt taste... Great on pork, beef, or chicken. Never let me down on any of 'em.
