A nivel de materiales, fundamentalmente está hecho de plástico rígido, pero se siente firme y bien diseñado, por lo que no es un problema. Es un poco grande de tamaño pero se puede plegar y queda algo más recogido, por lo que no ocupa tanto al guardarlo. En cuanto a las pruebas que hemos hecho, funciona perfectamente, las cuchillas cortan sin problema, se puede ajustar el grosor y facilita la tarea muchísimo. Recomendado.

I have just tried to slice a potato and a carrot and I am amazed at the speed and efficiency. It was easy to put together and to clean afterwards. That was within 20 minutes of delivery! The mandoline protects the hands and fingers in use and with normal caution about not ever touching the blades while in use or cleaning it feels safe to use. It is sturdy and stable and at present the cut is perfect for slicing. I'll wait a day or so before trying all the cutting modes and time will tell how long the blades are this sharp. A very satisfied customer. 5 stars.
