Can this be washed at 40°c?

I think I would like to know why the customer is asking? I’m a severe asthmatic with interstitial lung disease. So I wash 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases at 40*c but nothing else. These very soft fleece blankets don’t accumulate irritants so much unless you have a cat or dog. In which case Hoover the fleece while on the bed with a hepa filter then wash at 30*c in. Short wash.
