Is this correct Himalaya is using Bronopol as a preservative which is carcinogenic?

Please do your research before making such statements. Cite your source if making such a claim. Several studies have been done. Bronopol has some issues when dermal application has been done. It has been found to be non-carcinogenic when taken orally by humans. There are cases were stomach lesions and even mortality occurred in rats and rabbits when extreme dosages were taken. You’ll not take that much over your lifetime. I don’t fault you for just reading an article online and thinking that it’s true because someone posted it or some nutrition expert posted it. However you have to realize that they are trying to get headlines and get people to read their article and click their links etc. Saying something is a carcinogen gets those headlines and gets that web traffic. Taking a technicality from a study that is not applicable to normal human use is done all the time and should be illegal. (EPA-738-F-95-029). It reminds me of when they were spouting crap about Sweeten low. In reality a heavy dose daily usage of approx 2grams! A day led To a 1.3% chance increase in Bladder cancer. So again total ignorant BS posted by the media. So please learn from my post and next time someone says something is bad or is a carcinogen, so your own due diligence. Don’t just open your mouth to be spoon fed whatever they want to feed you. Other pet peeve is how fruit is bad because of sugar. That's hard to tell by the bottle. One caplet contains: Organic velvet bean powder (stem) 350mg and Organic velvet bean extract (seed) 250mg (6% L-DOPA, 15mg)
