But I put it in the deep freeze and it keeps well enough for me, for a couple of months :) **Q: Do you have any nutritional information? I think it was because I never had the right kind or could mix it well, or what I was mixing it with. I found this stuff from a roomate back in 2015 and I was hooked. I use this and vanilla creamer and BAMM, been my morning drink ever since . I only do a cup in the morning, but that's good enough for me. It's very mild and that's why I love it. I always hated that strong bitter taste. It also has a unique taste that average coffee drinkers at the office make fun of me for, but whateves. I guess it smells like maple syrup. Anyways, if you like a coffee with a sweet taste, or mild taste, I'd recommend trying this out.
