I’ve been using the Shokz OpenRun for daily running and cycling sessions, and they’ve become a key part of my gear. The sound is clear enough for music, podcasts, and calls – not immersive, but perfect for outdoor training where situational awareness matters.They stay in place, even on long runs or rough bike rides, and remain comfortable for hours. Battery life easily covers several workouts, and the quick charge has been very helpful. I can hear traffic and surroundings without needing to pause my audio – this makes me feel safer, especially on the bike.They’re not for audiophiles, and in windy or loud conditions, the sound can struggle a bit. La batería dura bastante y la carga rápida es muy útil. Puedo escuchar el tráfico o a otras personas sin tener que quitarme los audífonos ni bajar el volumen.No son para quienes buscan una experiencia de sonido muy intensa, y en días con viento fuerte el audio se puede perder un poco. Pero si buscas seguridad, comodidad y libertad para entrenar, los recomiendo sin duda.

Quick summary:- Comfortable to wear all day.- Feasible to wear all day in all situations since it does not block your hearing and is waterproofed.- Has no problem staying in position in nearly all situations.- Battery lasts all day (I regularly end the day around ~80% battery left).- Bluetooth multipoint is supported. Check the Shokz website for a video showing how to enable it. You must hold the on and multifunction button at the same time to enable multipoint.- Use their sizing guide video to find the correct size before purchase. I bought the normal size, then had to buy the mini instead. If you need the mini but buy the normal size then it will push on the back of your ears uncomfortably.- Standard USB-C charging means one fewer charger. I usually charge it in the morning while starting my day.- Quick charging.- Multifunction button is a physical button, so it's hard to activate it by accident.- Sound is reasonable for listening to music and making calls. Microphone is reasonable. Look into how bone conduction sounds to get an idea of what to expect. I'm comfortable using these for music, games, and calls unless I'm wanting exquisite audio quality.My story:I purchased these because the idea of having a pair of headphones I could wear all day was appealing to me. I am the kind of person that prefers to never play videos etc. out loud, which usually results in me never seeing any content with sound. Wearing other earbuds or headphones all day isn't feasible because other headphones block out surrounding sounds and fall out/off easily. Unfortunately, I'm also the kind of person who is significantly motivated by music. What a bad combination! With these I'm able to put them on in the morning and only take them off at night. Bluetooth multipoint is a nice bonus, as it allows me to seamlessly switch between my phone and my computer.Generally, these sound as if a speaker in the room is playing whatever you're listening to. Just like a real speaker in the room, you can turn it up to drown out surrounding sound or turn it down so surrounding sound takes over. I can comfortably play music during a conversation and still hear the conversation. I can also comfortably play music while shopping or while driving and still be able to hear my surroundings i.e. it's no different from a speaker in the store or car playing music.I have used these for personal and work calls and they function well for that purpose. I have had no complaints about mic quality. With long hair, people often don't realize I'm even wearing these unless my hair is up. I'm able to wear these fine with both glasses and a mask. These usually comfortably rest slightly above the ear outside of my glasses. This position reduces the strain on my ears.All in all, if you need an all-day wear pair of headphones for general listening and calls, these are an excellent choice.

I purchased the small size. The specifications said that there was a slight difference in the length of the neckband piece. I was worried about that but got the small size in hopes it was true. It was. I have long hair and pull it back a lot while exercising so I prefer to have the neck band closer to my neck, there is still plenty of room for movement though. When my hair is down, no one knows I'm wearing them and they are very comfortable. The design of the item is better than I thought. Short story as to the water "resistance" of the Shokz. I went to bed in the middle of the night, the room was dark, took off my Shokz, put them on a stand on my dresser, unbeknownst to me, the side with the power connection dipped in a full cup of tea and was in the tea until the next day. When I saw that, I panicked, thinking they were ruined . I am please to report, they weren't. The Shokz have worked perfectly from that day to this. The connectivity to my Android phone is excellent. I'm able to up and down stairs with no problem or loss of connection. And I'm able to do yard work outside on a large corner lot with my phone inside with little issue. I would and have recommended them to others. I don't know how long they last but whenever they stop working I'll buy another pair.

The sound is great and I love that I can hear my surroundings while also listening to podcasts. Even with the music blasting in the gym, I can still hear the sound from my headphones perfectly. It is a little big but I figured out a way to get it to sit on top of my ponytail thanks to another review on here and it works better that way. I have kind of a big head and I still think I should have gotten the mini, but it's okay! It fits my husband perfectly. Connecting it to Bluetooth is super simple, basically just hold down a button and connect. Another seller on here makes cases for them, because the little bag that this one comes with doesn't give much protection and they are quite delicate, so I got one of those as well, and they fit perfectly inside of it. Overall great purchase, I'm happy with them!
