It's a very good product my wife used in Germany growing up. Works like a barrier and helps with skin abrasions and skin issues.

I have been using this product for over 35 years. Used it when the babies had diaper rash. It is also great for rashes, bug bites and acne. Goes on and stays on until washed off.

We first used this years ago when our dog had what felt like an un-treatable sore on her nose. I can't remember who originally recommended this to us, but after it cleared that up, we became loyal customers! Fast forward and Penaten has helped clear up our kids diaper rashes for many years. I appreciate that it goes on smoothly and comes in a nice tin. Be sure to check the sizing when you order -- I've made the mistake of buying the 150mL size on accident (you want the 5oz).

German product. Worth its price to me. My mom used it on me. I use it for my grand kids for rashes on their bottom, scratches and other sores. Apply thin layer only as it is thick and rub in gently.

I’ve been using this product for years. My mother even used it on me as a child and now I use it on my child. It’s honestly a great multi use cream for any dry skin issues, eczema, diaper rash, the list goes on! I tried using the Destin diaper rash cream once on my baby, and it made her diaper rash even worse. I then remembered to use this product and within 24 hours her diaper rash was completely gone. I also use it on my babies cheeks as they usually are dry and it helps them stay nice and moisturized. I would definitely recommend this product to any new or existing parents. I mean you can even put this on a cut to help it heal!

This is an absolute staple in Europe and best diaper cream I’ve found. I’ve tried several brands and nothing else will clear up the rash quicker than this. Use liberally and add powder to help it stay longer. It works like a miracle.

This product has been around since before I was born. I am 63. This works better than any other brand if diaper rash cream. My modern day daughter in laws tried everything on their babies bottoms for diaper rash. I bought them each a penaten cream! Whaa La!!! It works!! Every time. LOVE THIS STUFF!

My mom used this stuff when we were kids, so I decided to use it when my son was born. The only time we switched to something else was when he got a really bad diaper rash due to antibiotics and needed something with more zinc in it. We've used Penaten Creme since he was born and it works great. You don't need to slather a thick layer on, just a thin layer of complete coverage does the trick. We originally bought two tins before my boy was born and are getting low on the second one 18 months later, and that was even with slathering it on thick and using too much when he was on antibiotics!
