Bought this for my husband he works outside in the direct sun Texas heat for 9 hours a day it does not blow cold but he said it makes a huge difference cools his face down it works he uses it on medium for half the day and high the other half of day battery last him all day so he recommends this and he doesn't normally recommend stuff like this so he's happy I'm happy 😊
