Excellent helmet, really really vague instructions
The helmet fit, connectivity, and comfort are all excellent. My main gripes are the vents for the chin are too small and the instructions included are so so bad.The vent issue keeps the helmet visor fogging up until I crack open the visor. This could be fixed in future versions of the helmet. The instructions on pairing the helmet for the intercom system are horrible and written in a font so small that mice squint to read them. The instructions do not say that the helmets will lose connection with each other once the helmet is turned off, requiring repairing and clearing the previous intercom pairing. That said, the FM radio is good. Voice commands from Google assistant and Alexa work when set up. The phone controls for music are also good, however I have to control volume for that function on my phone. The helmet causes the music to skip to the next song or repeat the last song played.Phone conversations are loud enough to be heard even with earplugs and the quality is acceptable.Overall, I like this helmet for the price. My Sena helmets are awesome too, but cost twice as much for what I feel is the same featured helmet. Solid buy.

Fits good, and sounds good!
Went off the sizing chart. I measured at 22-7/8. Chart says medium, but most helmets run smaller so chose large. It showed up two days after ordering, and it fit perfect. The Bluetooth works great. I had the helmet synced up ready to go in ten minutes. Went for a ride to test it out. FYI, I have a very loud exhaust with short pipes but I also have a windshield. I could hear the music perfectly, actually had to turn the volume down. Thought it sounded really good for a helmet. Called my wife, she said I sounded different but she could understand everything I was saying just fine. It was quieter on my end during the phone call compared to music. The helmet is great as far as comfort, and ventilation. Really like the drop down visor. Overall I think this a great helmet. I will be buying another one for my wife real soon.

You get what you pay for
I have had this helmet for about 1 year now and have about 3000 miles on it, so I figured I'd leave a review :)HelmetThe helmet itself is pretty solid. I followed the size chart provided, but my helmet was far too loose. The chin strap at its tightest wouldn't go to my chin and the helmet was very wiggly. I'd highly recommend going down a size as mine was far too big. The only other issue I've had is the screw holding the chin flip-up would frequently come loose, so it would never stay up.BluetoothThe Bluetooth itself is decent. I never had any issues connecting to it. My only complaint would be that it never stayed connected to my phone once powered off, so I would have to reconnect every time I powered it back on. Haven't had this issue with Cardo or any other Bluetooth device.SoundThe sound would be my biggest complaint. The speakers are obviously very cheap. My speakers were definitely loud, but I never listened anywhere near the max as the highs are ear piercing. Any speed above 50 and the music will be drowned out from wind or exhaust sound. There's absolutely zero bass too.Overall I'd still rate this helmet a 4. A nice helmet with a good communication/bluetooth device can cost you $1000+, so at this price point it's not a deal. Other than the helmet being loose on my head, I'd still trust the helmet if I ever did take a fall. If you have a tight budget, need something temporary or just don't want to dish out a lot of money for a nicer setup, this is the helmet for you. If you're looking to do longer rides or just want something with better sound/quality, I'd recommend investing in a nicer setup. I currently have the Shoei 1400 with the Cardo Edge, so this helmet will now be retired to passengers!

third helmet in 8 years of riding, second bluetooth helmet and by far the best for the pricepoint
This helmet is awesome! My first helmet was a harley brand modular with a flat black finish that eventually became sticky and I just couldn't accept it anymore. My second helmet was a HAWK bluetooth helmet because I thought it would be nice to listen to music or even maybe make low-speed phone calls or accept calls at least while on the bike - nope, that didn't work. The HAWK was junk. The visor hinge broke in the first couple days, the helmet was very loud (wind noise) so I couldn't even hear music at moderate interstate speeds, and phone calls couldn't be heard and couldn't understand me above 25mph.This helmet feels like great quality, strong hinges, loud speakers, quiet when riding on the interstate, and I didn't even know or see that it has FM RADIO built in...wasn't I surprised this morning on my first ride with it and paired my phone and before I did much, a local radio station starts playing...even better!! Yes, I love it, I want another one for my wife when I start taking her on more rides. Comfortable, quiet, and awesome functions.

Only good for price coz of bluetooth
I think that this will be the first time I write a review for a product ever from Amazon. I expected this product to be much better in the overall quality of it. Although it falls under the “cheaper” helmets category, the price is still high but it doesn’t deliver on quality. The bluetooth is good when it comes to sound, but it lags throughout the listening session for no apparent reason. The material used is decent but I’ve seen better with helmets that are even cheaper than this one. The charging cable that was provided is so hard to insert and take out of the battery (it even made me hit the battery by mistake) due to how much force I was putting to get it out. As for comfort, it is really lightweight and Very comfortable while riding.Lastly, I was really diagnosed with the support provided for the product; I tried reaching out on their website but the live chat function seems to not work. There is also no email that one can direct for any kind of help.

Follow the instructions
It’s a new purchase so I haven’t field tested it yet. One of the people I regularly ride with got one and it looked cool, everything I wanted. When we were trying to connect them to intercom it was a little bit tricky. We read the instructions two or three times and finally we were able to connect them. Be patient and you should have a great experience with this helmet.

Entertainment
Everything was going fine until I got pulled over by the cops, apparently, these helmets aren't considered approved for wearing here in Australia, it was lucky that I had my open-faced helmet with me.

Good all around, not disappointed
Pretty decent helmet for the money. Modular is useful, flip down sun visor is nice, not to much wind noise. We all know we want to hear about the Bluetooth so here it is. I can hear the music at 140km over an aftermarket exhaust, there is no bass at all but what can you expect for two tiny speakers! Treble quality is solid though, I have yet to turn it up all the way on a ride. Controls are easy to use, FM radio works well, no Bluetooth connectivity issues with iPhone 8 plus. And it's $300 cheaper than a sena helmet. All around decent purchase, I'd suggest it for someone on a budget that just wants music while riding!

Great purchase
Used measurenent chart and ordered medium and fits well(snug). Tinted visor is great, no switching out glasses at dawn or dusk. Light and comfortable. Have driven from 7C to 27C mostly high way driving 100 to 130Km/hr . I will not be purchasing anti fog lense, crack open when starting and stopping. Great that helmet opens up so you can have a drink or stopped to gas up on warm days . Mechanisms seem to work well and love the ratcheting chin strap. I have a 2004 honda shadow aero(noting for muffler sound) and I have no issues with bluetooth sound being to low on the highway. I never turn all the way up and I am an older guy with not the best hearing. As stated on other reviews not bose quality but i am happy with it.
