This is great shapewear for gentle binding after having a baby. Beyond that it might not be much more useful. I was worried when I noticed there wasn't a very easy way to get this on or off. You have to stretch it over your head or bottom and there is no other way. It's kind of like a tight compression sleeve for the middle of your body. The boning might not even be needed as it was warped and mostly just an uncomfortable addition by the third wear. Over all though the material is really great and breathable which makes it rather still rather comfortable regardless. It has definitely helped with relieving some back pain and aiding in healing diastasis recti. It could possibly help with people who are also just over weight as well as apart of a weight loss training regiment as it does offer good support to your internal organs.Even better is that this company has great open communication and service. Definitely a 5* product at a great price!

I am size 16, just recovering from a twin pregnancy. I needed something that fits snug and compresses me without riding around or poking out of my clothes.Cons: This is stretchy but the ribbing makes it ridged and uncomfortable. I have to constantly pull it back down into place when sitting or caring for my babies. The fabric has a pull in it after the first wear. It's hard to get on and off since you have to pull it over your shoulders.Pros: It does fit smoothly under my clothes and creates a nice smooth shape. I was able to go on a short walk without strain on my abs and without the band riding around much.I plan to keep this to wear for short periods of time shopping or going on walks.

I love this band because I have really bad ab separation after 3 kids and it makes me feel less back pain from the support, but it goes up far enough to keep my breast up too which is also a relief 😂 👍 and it goes down far enough to keep my love handle area in control. So far seems due-able in warmer temps too. And it’s comfy plus affordable

I am smaller about 5’4” 125 and this was just too tight but big. The length was too long and restricted my movement. The metal would stab into my legs and chest when sitting. I would only ever wear it for less than an hour and have to take it off because it hurt my chest

This is amazing quality! It really suck everything in! It is a little hard to get on but once it’s on it works great! There are hard bars on the sides and front and back just FYI I didn’t realize this when I bought it but they don’t hurt. I love this product when I am wearing a tight shirt PP so I don’t have my belly pooch! Love this

I purchased this a year ago, per my surgeon, after an abdominal surgery with about 300 stitches. I wore it throughout my recovery and I still wear it to the gym and on a daily basis as it Also trains my waist... I'm 5'8 141 lb and I took the extra small and it's perfect. The best way to put it on is to just step into it and pull it up. Never loses its shape after a year. I originally bought the beige color now I'm buying the black one. Love this thing.

It really helped me postpartum with my stomach! It fits extremely tight if you size down, so I suggest to read the measurements! Overall amazing product to hold in stomach

I decided to try this out to start on my weight loss journey. and tighten my stomach area. for the most part it's very comfortable. Only thing I don't like is I have to put it on over my head instead of wrapping with Velcro. Will update later.

This item runs extremely small. The material is so sturdy that it is impossible to wear it because you need to put it either from your head or pull it up from the bottom. Also, it’s short so it does not cover the entire torso/abdomen area.

For the price you can’t expect that much! But the quality of fabric is actually great! Nice and tight however the binding structure is uncomfortable and when you try stretching the garment up/down the binding rips out and stabs your skin! However for post partum garment it does keep you tight!

VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR... LOVE THE PRODUCT.
