With every great product in the world, after the initial rush of excitement, what sustains the product, other than Quality, is *Superior Customer Service*. And I don't mean an inhuman metallic-sounding IVR presented, (e.g. that hosted by a popular Airline Ticketing platform that offers to *make* *your* *trip*), but a real human voice. And I found it here at Dudao India.The product, by itself, is intuitively very good and useful. The cable has a button with LED indicator so that you can set various time durations so that sensitive electronics do not suffer damage due to excessive charging. This product could be very helpful, esp when you're back from a late-night meeting, your smartphone's low on charge and you're just too tired to sit up and wait for a couple of hours just to see it charge.I had a small problem with the shipping and receipt of my order and after shooting off a message, was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Dudao India CS and was even more pleased to see Dudao India proactively propose a solution, which was good for both of us.I finally received my product yesterday at my home in a village in rural Kerala, and I was really impressed.Great Product, Great Customer Service, a willingness to listen, learn, revise, reform and deliver- which are the hallmarks of a successful enterprise.What else can I say? I'm impressed and satisfied, no doubt.
