Ugly as Sin but effective machine.
Seems crude but actually works very well on leather, web gear thick fabric items. Can’t beat the price. Plenty of instructional YouTube videos available which is good because the instructions are inadequate.

Doesn't work
No instructions, bobbin is difficult to set. Just doesn't work. I won't buy this .I suggest to make research first

Worth it
After watching a few YouTube videos on the tweaks people made and saw it was a timing issue with the bobbin got it right and started sewing. The base that it came with was solid I bought the one that came with base and motor. Haven't used motor yet. This machine saves alot of time. Don't usually write reviews but had to on this one great machine. Took a few hours to mess with but definitely worth it.

Motor is a little strong for machine. Shakes the whole room.
I love everything about the machine. Good reviews are true it can we a fantastic machine and with the base and motor in this setup it makes everything so much easier. I am going to try and slow the motor so it’s easier to use but otherwise, very happy with this machine. Already made 1 pair of Jordan’s!

Poor quality control
Can't figure out how to do anything with this machine because the instructions are not legible. Not sending something as simple as a quality set of instructions that customers can easily use. Tells me the only thing the seller is interested in is getting people's money! They don't care about delivering a quality product to the people. Just the money!!!! I'm prolly just going to send back for a full refund. But I'm going to have a friend look at first.

Clunky
To begin, the bolt holes in the table were about 1/8" off. We used a piece of wood for setup so we didn't have to drill out the holes. The handwheel didn't turn easily, but it could be turned manually; and the machine sewed a nice stitch. Next, we attached the motor. This was basically unusable. It was hard to control the speed, and unless you were going fast, it would get stuck at the same place with every turn. We oiled it and tried to identify any area that might be too tight, but ultimately weren't able to fix it. If I hadn't paid extra for the table and motor, ie, if I'd only purchased the manual machine, I probably would keep it. While I don't like sewing with one hand, it did sew a nice stitch through a couple of layers of thick leather. Since the motor is useless, I'll be returning it.

Do your research first.
There's nothing like this out there at this price. It's definitely not easy to use and set up however. Mine came with rust damage but I oiled it up and it still works. They gave me extra parts that don't even fit the machine. The extra bobbin and connector doesn't even fit. It's going to be a pain finding extra bobbins and without them you can only use one thread. I broke 2 needles learning how to set it up but needles are easy to find. The electric motor doesn't offer much benefits over hand winding. It's too fast for precision and decreases sewing thickness. It comes with thick leather needles and you'll need to order thinner ones if you want to sew regular clothes as well as thick leather. This thing requires lots of oil to prevent rust and you will not be able to figure it out without studying videos or guides online. The included instructions won't be enough. The metal base is heavy! I prefer the professional look of it instead of making a wooden stand like most people do. Overall it's a one of a kind item at a decent price but it's very difficult to learn and very high maintenance.
