This is awesome to use if you suffer from bad cramps and monthly MC. I thought I'd try and rub it just above my knickers line and it relieved the cramps. I also suffer from painful swollen legs and arms . This eases the pain and gives me the relief I need. Will definitely be getting more as it's easy and clean to use.

Fantastic for relieving those aches and pains Works quickly and is super easy to apply, no more worrying about washing your hands off after because you don't have to touch any cream or gel, just turn the bottle upside down and dab onto the affected area. Solid value for money, thankfully I haven't had to use it a lot but when I do it works great

I’m not sure if this works by distracting you from pain with the sensation of the tiger balm lotion on the skin, or if it really does release tension, but I found it really effective for DOMS in my legs and shoulders. It’s easy to put on in most areas and the nozzle acts like a little massager when applying. It does have a smell but no leaves no staining whatsoever. It does get a bit hot on the skin, or possibly cold - I’m not sure! But it’s not an uncomfortable sensation. Similar to deep heat but subtly different.
