does this pillow contains any material that can cause Birth defects? aka warning label (California pro 65)

It contains Polystyrene Foam which is believed to be a carcinogen. I was just reading about the chemicals and materials inside pillows specifically the ones made to “keep you cool “

The pillow is made to go in different positions and is firmer depending on the twist and fold.

Can you wash the pillow without the cover ?

No, I would not risk it. The little beads in the pillow can come out of the pillow itself and might ruin your washer or dryer.

Does this pillow have a washable outer case?

Yes, you can remove the outer layer and wash it.
