No instructions - Useless!!
My husband ordered this product to add a dimple to his ties. However, he never got this to work. It also came with no instructions and this items is completely useless.

This thing sucks. Way too big for modern ties. Tried it on the widest tie I own, then promptly threw it in the trash.

Great product! It took me a while to figure out how to use the dimpler.....but it now works very well.

Tool not worth the effort.
Ordered for my husband. He thought the tool was not handy. Instructions were vague. Said that he will probably not use it. He stated that it would probably work for very wide ties.

i am now able to create a nice dimple on my own with the old pinch the ...
i tried for hundreds of times (ok well dozens of times) and couldn't get a dimple, i am now able to create a nice dimple on my own with the old pinch the tie from both sides evenly as i am pulling the tie down from the knot right after the entire tie is feed down through the loop i pinch the tie both sides evenly and the pull the tie tighter and as i do this i will place my index finger in the dimple and keep pinching both sides untill the wide prt of tie is all way down. then i examine the dimple in mirror to see if i got it square in the middle. if not i try over and a few trys i have the perfect dimple. so there i need no help, thank you.
