I was optimistically hopeful after placing the order, which can sometimes lead to disappointment, but I was wonderfully surprised! From the first taste, it was a transformational experience that opened my eyes to how a good olive oil can elevate a dish. I cook nearly every meal with it, but where it really shines is with bread or when making a pesto or salad dressing. When the oil is front and center.
