Close, but GREAT customer service
Received the wheels quickly so no complaints at all with shipping. One of the idler wheels look like it was dropped prior to packing, with a dent in the side/ face edge. This same wheel has too much space in the bearing stack cavity so when mounted it has back and forth play on the shaft about 1/16th of an in with everything snugged down. I think I might be able to fix this with a shim, but shouldn't need to immediately fix a brand new part. We'll see how it goes. I'll add pictures later.***Update***Contacted customer support and they sent me another set out that had much better QC and no issues as far as critical measurements go. Great experience!
